The Bankruptcy Courts for both Minnesota and North Dakota allow the e-filing of proof of claim forms. Check the Notice of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors, & Deadlines you received and Confirm which state the case was filed in prior to filling out and submitting your proof of claim.
